Space for a draft.
Room to work together.
We are building Inkavio to organize manuscripts and write chapters collaboratively. It is still in development; this page is an introduction to our own product, not an independent review.
What we're working with today
The development version includes a manuscript tree with chapters and nested subchapters, two editing panels, personal notes stored on the device and collaborative writing with cursors for each connection. The interface supports light and dark themes and smaller screens.
Where the limits are
Opening the library requires a connection. An already-open chapter can retain local edits during an interruption and synchronize after access is checked again. Personal notes are not shared. Public downloads and a public launch are not available yet.
